Photo Ownership and Usage
All photographs taken by Daniel Maitland Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer, protected under UK copyright law.
By booking our services, clients agree that we retain the right to use images captured during sessions for portfolio display, website content, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise explicitly agreed during consultation and documented in your signed contract.
We will never use any images that are compromising, sensitive, or could reasonably be seen as slanderous or damaging to the client’s reputation in any public portfolio or promotional material.
Clients may request, prior to or during the consultation and contract stage, that specific images remain private. We respect and uphold these requests without affecting your booking or service experience.
